Red Line is lead dog - thrown off at corner A

Blue line is 2nd (& 3rd dog) that made corner A better due to being behind the lead dog and getting more warning of the upcoming turn

I consider this kind of inside box configuration dangerous because it sets the dogs up for a collision should the lead dog be thrown off at the corner into the box (in both directions)

This kind of inside box configuration is MUCH better - because even if the lead dog is thrown off at corner A, it will still be going in the same direction as it's course mates as it attempts to get back in the course
